What this tab is for
Check the companion computer, connection status and stream destinations before opening Cockpit.
Read the Dashboard: panels 1–5
Raspberry Pi & Radxa — Radxa shown. Follow the numbered panels: 1 resources, 2 links, 3 detected board, 4 automatic startup choices, 5 stream destinations. The same overview applies to Raspberry; board information reflects the actual hardware. Autocast On/Off chooses startup behavior. Confirm the actual picture and telemetry in Cockpit; a selected button alone does not confirm a working connection.
Read the panels
- RAM Usage / CPU Temp / CPU Load: current resource use and temperature.
- System Telemetry: detected board, operating system, free/total memory, CPU frequency and uptime.
- Link & Network: ZeroTier network/IP/status, internet traffic, MAVLink status and internal Wi-Fi mode.
- Stream Endpoints: the three telemetry targets and the current video destination.
127.0.0.1:8020is the local Cockpit receiver.
Autocast controls
Use Autocast Telemetry On / Off and Autocast Video On / Off to choose automatic startup for those workflows. The selected button/status shows the setting. Autocast does not create a connection to missing equipment or replace correct license/endpoint settings.
Practical check
- Confirm the expected board and network state.
- Check that the endpoint is the intended local or remote receiver.
- Open Cockpit and confirm the actual picture/telemetry. A traffic indicator alone is not proof that either is working.
Platform differences
the overview serves the same purpose. Board information and available camera encoders differ; do not infer hardware capabilities from CPU load alone.
