• Image Wirite to SD-Card Procedure

    — Download the image for your Raspberry or Radxa board from the DOWNLOAD section of the website. Write the image to an SD card—preferably an endurance or industrial-grade card, V30 Class 3, which supports high write speeds. This helps you avoid other issues.

    — Write the image using Balena Etcher, but make sure you extract (unarchive) the downloaded file first—the image is inside the archive. Do not write the archive directly, because the program will not work after flashing.

    — You can also flash the image using other tools, but Balena Etcher is recommended. See video  to learn this procedure.

  • Special Mentions:

    — In the Download section of the website you will find program images for all supported boards: Raspberry and Radxa. For Raspberry boards, there is a single image that works on absolutely all Raspberry models. For Radxa, you will have specific images for each board model, with the note that the image for Radxa Rock 5C is also for Radxa Rock 5C Lite, and the image for Radxa Rock 5B is also for Radxa Rock 5B+

    — An important thing to mention is that the image for one board will not work on another board unless it matches the notes I mentioned. In other words, a Radxa image will not work on any Raspberry, and vice versa. Likewise, a Radxa image will not work on a different Radxa model unless it is from the same family (Rock 5B / 5B+ or Rock 5C / 5C Lite).
